Overview
The 200x85 Body Contact Camps provide a safe, effective, and professional training environment for players to develop confidence and mastery in the essential skill of body contact. These clinics help players meet USA Hockey requirements for contact readiness, adapt to new rules of the game with confidence, and learn to give and receive checks safely, reducing the risk of injury. Beyond safety, the clinics focus on using body contact strategically to elevate performance, ensuring participants leave the ice ready to compete at their best.

Angling, Awareness & Contact
Crash Course
Take charge of every physical play by mastering what happens before and during contact. Players develop angling and awareness to close space and dictate movement, while building a strong foundation in safe, effective body contact through proper balance, leverage, and positioning.
