Tournaments

Payments

• Deposit of $500 is due at time of registration to reserve your spot (Balance due 60 days before tournament)
• Canadian Exchange Rate Discount: $250/Canadian Team. (*Does not apply to events hosted in Canada)

Stay-To-Play Event

• Reserving rooms through the 200×85 CCM Event requires teams and families to stay in the designated tournament hotel block.
• No other rates, discounts, or reward points, (regardless of how acquired) will be allowed. No exceptions.
• Failure to follow and or circumvent procedures and obligations will result in removal from the event. In this case registration fees will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

• Up until 90 days before the event start date – A full refund will be issued.
• Within 90 days of the event start date – No refund will be issued.

Player Development / Camps / Team Participation

Payments

• Full payment is due at time of registration to reserve your spot.

Cancellation Policy for Individuals registered for Camps, Showcases and Spring Team Events

• If canceled within 60 days of the event, no refund will be issued.
• If canceled 61 to 90 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued if paid in full.
• If canceled more than 90 days before the event, a full refund will be issued minus $150.

Europe Tours

Payments

• $500 Non-Refundable Deposit per traveler DUE upon acceptance to secure a roster spot.
• Deposits and payment plans are available if time is allowed. Payment is due in full by April 15th.

Refund Policy

• NO REFUNDS of any kind will be offered after 100 Days before the Event, unless the event is cancelled and does not take place.
• Only in this instance would the deposit payment be refundable, as well.
