To be considered for a team, you must apply for the event. There is no charge to register. Once your application is submitted, the coaching staff will evaluate the player to ensure they are at the proper level for the event. If the application is approved, you will then be able to submit a deposit to secure your spot.

If you plan to extend your stay, please notify our administrative team with your travel dates. We will arrange the additional nights and ensure you have a hotel room for your extended stay.

We never know when someone can no longer participate in an event and when they decide to back out. We recommend registering for the event, and if an opening becomes available, we will contact waitlisted players in the order they applied.

No, there are no in-person tryouts. Player evaluations are conducted by the coaching staff through game footage, coach recommendations, and references to determine eligibility.

It is unlikely that the team will meet before the event. We aim to minimize additional travel and commitments for families by not requiring pre-event gatherings.

No, you should register as soon as you decide to attend. You can always add more family members later or update which adult will be traveling with the player.

January 8, 2025: Travelers from non-European countries, including the U.S., Canada, and Australia, will need to apply for an ETA before traveling to the UK.  Application process opens November 27, 2024.

Non-Europeans, including U.S. citizens planning to travel to the UK on January 8, 2025, or after, can begin their application process on November 27, 2024. They can apply for a UK ETA through the UK government's official website or the ETA app (available on Apple and Google).

Travelers must apply for an ETA online before they travel. The application process requires travelers to provide contact and passport details, answer some questions and upload a recent, high-quality passport-style photo. Obtaining an ETA can take up to three business days, so plan before your departure.

A UK ETA costs approximately $13.12, and is valid for multiple entries for six months over a two-year period. To avoid additional service and processing fees from your bank, consider using a credit card with no international fees.
