MLK Weekend delivered everything youth and girls’ hockey fans could ask for and more, as 200×85 and Premier Ice Prospects hosted seven marquee events across Colorado, Florida, Illinois and Massachusetts. From high-scoring mite action to dramatic championship showdowns at the elite level, the weekend was a true celebration of competition, community, and the game we all love.

Across all seven tournaments, the numbers tell an incredible story. Over 400 teams competed across 53 divisions, playing over 1,000 games and combining for an nearly 6,000 goals throughout the weekend. From coast to coast—and even across the border—teams traveled to compete in one of the most action-packed weekends of the season. The passion in the rinks was undeniable, with families filling the stands and players rising to the moment when it mattered most. Teams traveled from 31 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces—Ontario and Quebec, highlighting the national and international reach of the events. The competition was intense from start to finish, with 13 championship games decided by one goal or less, eight finals requiring overtime, and 18 teams finishing the weekend as undefeated champions.
