We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you register for the Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

- To facilitate account creation and log in process. If you choose to create an account with us, we use the information you submitted to create your account to facilitate account creation and the log in process.
- To fulfill and manage your registrations. We may use your Personal Information to complete the registration process for any tournament, camp, or other experience.
- Fulfill and manage your requests. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your requests, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of our Services. We may use your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.

- CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
- HOW DO WE PROTECT AND HANDLE CHILDREN’S INFORMATION?
We understand that protecting the privacy of children under the age of 18 is important. Some of the features on our Services are age-gated so that they are not available for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in connection with those features. When we intend to collect Personal Information about children, we take additional steps to protect children’s privacy, including:
- Notifying parents about our information practices with regard to children, including the types of Personal Information we may collect from children, the uses to which we may put that information, and whether and with whom we may share that information;

- DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Except where expressly noted, the subsection below applies only to “personal information” about California residents, as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and as supplemented in the Privacy Policy as described above. California residents are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. - DO EU AND UK RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

We operate consistently with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”). By opting into communications with us or registering for our Services, Canadian residents also explicitly agree to the following provisions related to compliance with CASL, Canadia’s Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and other applicable law:
