Tournaments

Payments

  • Deposit of $500 is due at time of registration to reserve your spot (Balance due 60 days before tournament)
  • Canadian Exchange Rate Discount: $250/Canadian Team. (*Does not apply to events hosted in Canada)

Stay-To-Play Event

  • Reserving rooms through the 200x85 CCM Event requires teams and families to stay in the designated tournament hotel block.
  • No other rates, discounts, or reward points, (regardless of how acquired) will be allowed. No exceptions.
  • Failure to follow and or circumvent procedures and obligations will result in removal from the event. In this case registration fees will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

  • Up until 90 days before the event start date - A full refund will be issued.
  • Within 90 days of the event start date - No refund will be issued.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT / CAMPS / TEAM PARTICIPATION

EUROPE TOURS

Payments

  • $500 Non-Refundable Deposit per traveler DUE upon acceptance to secure a roster spot.
  • Deposits and payment plans are available if time is allowed. Payment is due in full by April 15th.

Refund Policy

  • NO REFUNDS of any kind will be offered after 100 Days before the Event, unless the event is cancelled and does not take place. Only in this instance would the deposit payment be refundable, as well.
