Coach Joe began his Heartland journey as a camper and has been part of our community for over 20 years. Throughout his time at camp, Joe has worked in nearly every role Heartland has to offer — from housekeeping and snack bar manager to bonfire safety. Over time, he discovered his true passion in coaching, rink maintenance, and overall property improvements. Joe has been instrumental in nearly every improvement across camp, from simple dorm remodels to the construction of our studio rink and indoor training center. Even when camp is not in session, Joe stays busy preparing the property for the next season. Heartland truly would not be where it is today without Coach Joe’s dedication and hard work.
