Kris is a two-time Stanley Cup champion whose 11-year NHL career spanned more than 600 games with teams including Chicago, Toronto, Florida, Carolina, Los Angeles, and Calgary. Known for his creativity and compete level, he burst onto the scene as a Calder Trophy finalist and NHL All-Rookie Team selection.

After retiring in 2020, Versteeg shifted his passion for player development into entrepreneurship. He co-founded Klevr, a sports-tech platform that gives athletes and coaches powerful video tools and access to high-level feedback. Today, he continues to help shape the future of athlete development—bringing elite insights and technology to the next generation.
