All teams must submit their Certified USAH/Hockey Canada Roster NO LATER than 60 days before the tournament start date. If required by your state/affiliate, we must receive a Travel Permit as well. These permits and rosters must be approved/signed by your governing body/affiliate. If you have an electronic version of these documents, please email them to Linda Wilkie. If you do not have an electronic version then you can fax the documents to 630-442-7238. Please be sure you bring your approved roster sheet and travel permit as back up to the tournament as well.

All teams are guaranteed a minimum of four games during the tournament.

Sunday games will feature the top three finishers from each country in every division, based on round-robin results. This creates high-level showcase matchups to conclude the event.

No. For 2026, jerseys are optional and are not included with tournament registration.

Teams may purchase jerseys independently. We can provide recommended suppliers along with official color and design guidelines to ensure your jerseys meet event standards and avoid conflicts. Please do not order until you have communicated with 200×85 to ensure proper details.

If your current jerseys meet our approved color and format requirements, you may use them. We will share specifications prior to the event so teams can confirm compliance.

Upon registration, please be sure to enter the Team Name as it can be found in the MyHockeyRankings.com database. The tournament staff will utilize team information, past results, and current ratings to determine the best level of play and competitive division for all teams. If they need any further information, it will be requested.

The number of teams in each division depends on multiple factors, including overall tournament size, rinks, registrations, competitive level, and other items. We will have divisions based on the number of US and Canadian teams that apply.

Division formats and playoff structures will be released no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.

All event schedules will be released no later than 2 weeks prior to the event start date.

Unless otherwise noted and communicated, all teams will play two games on Day 1 and two games on Day 2, with seeded games on Day 3. All teams need to be prepared to play at 7:30 a.m. on Day 1. All games will be completed no later than 4:00 pm on Day 3. Exact end times for each division will be posted and available 8 weeks prior to the tournament date.

Teams must be affiliated with one of the following: CHA, USA Hockey or IIHF. The 2022 Rules and Regulations will be posted on November 18th when the tournament schedule is released. All games are operated under USAH Rules and Regulations. Neck guards are required by USAH. All players must wear a neck laceration protector with no alterations. All players, including goalkeepers in the U12 (11, 10) through Midget (U16 & U19) age classifications are required to wear a colored (non-clear) internal mouthpiece that covers all the remaining teeth of one jaw, customarily the upper. For the first violation of this rule, the team shall be issued a warning. A misconduct penalty shall be assessed to any player or goalkeeper of that team for a subsequent violation during that game. NOTE: Hockey Canada rules do not mandate the wearing of a mouthpiece at any age classification where a full facemask is required. Therefore, Hockey Canada registered teams are not required to wear a mouthpiece while playing in the United States. For all levels, USA Hockey replaced the delayed offside rule with an automatic whistle. Consequently, if a player is offside, the whistle will be blown immediately. If the offside is accidental then the face-off will occur just outside the offensive-zone blue line, an intentional offside will be whistled down with the face-off occurring in the violating team’s defensive zone.

All Ages 3 x 14 min stop time periods.

All teams must be prepared to start as early as 15 minutes prior to their game time. If the ice and officials are ready, the game will begin. Teams ill-prepared to start on time will receive a bench minor penalty to start the game.

Teams will be provided special jerseys to wear for the event.

NO. Your team must provide their own warm up pucks.

YES. Your team MUST provide roster stickers for paper score sheets before each game. If you do not have stickers, the roster must be handwritten on the paper score sheet. Remember to pick up your copy of the scoresheet after the game is concluded.
