Summer’s hockey trip of a lifetime!

Two European countries, two tournaments, one incredible cultural experience; need we say more? Gearing up for another summer at the CCM Euro Invite, we have our sights set on two of our favorite cities to play in: Bratislava, Slovakia and Bled, Slovenia! Teams attending these two events will compete in up to nine games over a five day span while experiencing the culture and sights every second off the ice.

The CCM Euro Invite has a reputation for creating immersive cultural experiences for the entire family. Unlike most youth hockey tournaments, the CCM Euro Invites are focused on the experience outside the rink.  Attendees can expect unique cultural immersion, including local food at authentic restaurants and ground transportation led by a professional local tour guide. Last year’s guided explorations included tours of the Bled Castle, Vintgar Gorge, Ljubljana City, and the Planica Nordic Center.

As if that wasn’t enough fun, the team also took a boat out on the lake to Bled Island, and even did some tobogganing in the mountain town of Straza. 

Attending teams will travel from Czechi, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, and the United States. Being the only American team in the event, the CCM Selects USA players will gain experience competing against European talent.
