Maddie Hartman, former Northeastern Huskies NCAA defenseman, joined Premier Ice Prospects in 2020 after working fifteen months as the Assistant Director of Girls Hockey at LEGACY Global Sports. Maddie worked directly with Kathy Pippy at LGS and will continue to add her talent in recruiting and the development process of youth female hockey players. Maddie has lived the development process, starting to play at the young age of 4 and climbed the ladder playing through high school, followed by being recruited at the collegiate level. Before college, Maddie played within the West Coast Selects program under the lead of Kathy Pippy. She has first hand experience as to what these events are all about and wants to create the same opportunity for young girls. The All-Academic Team blue liner played all 4 years as a Husky and combined for 145 career games. Hartman was named to the All-Rookie Team in the 2015-16 season and graduated after her final season in 2018-19 with 47 points and a +34 rating. After 4 years of dedication in the youth sports industry, Maddie has proven to be a leader and continuously works hard to grow the game. Her knowledge of the sport, mentally and physically, gives Maddie an upper hand in teaching the younger generations how to aspire to reach their goals and aspirations. Maddie is excited to help drive each player at Premier’s showcases, development camps, tours and tournaments and guide each player to excellence.
