As the Director of Girls Team & Player Recruitment, Mekenzie plays a pivotal role as the foremost liaison in the recruitment of teams for PIP tournaments. Additionally, she assists in player recruitment and development initiatives. Her Minnesota roots have imbued her with a lifelong passion for hockey, particularly in championing the growth and visibility of girls and women’s hockey. This dedication stems from her belief in the positive impact and opportunities the sport offers to female athletes. Mekenzie is a proud alumna of the University of Wisconsin, where her hockey career was marked by notable achievements, including winning a National Championship and leading as team captain.
