Stay & Save Hotel Policy
At 200×85, we are committed to providing an exceptional hotel experience for all our guests, while fostering seamless communication between teams and hotels. To accommodate teams who may have difficulty meeting the required minimums, we offer flexibility through waivers. Please contact us at hotels@200×85.com before hotel bookings to request a waiver. No team or family will be denied participation in a 200×85 event due to hotel requirements, provided a mutually agreed-upon lodging plan is established before hotel blocks are created or reservations are made.

Booking & Reservation Information
- All hotel room blocks, reservations, modifications, and cancellations must be completed through your EventConnect account to be valid and compliant.
- Please do not contact the hotel directly to reserve, modify, or cancel reservations.
- Tournament guests are not eligible to use reward point redemptions, coupons, discounts, or third-party rates.
- Hotels may, at their discretion, offer group rates before or after tournament dates.
- Hotels will make every effort to keep teams together; however, special requests and rooming list changes may affect room placement.
Check-In & Payment
- Standard hotel check-in times are generally between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
- A valid credit card is required at check-in
Cancellation & Early Departure Policies
- Individual reservation cancellations are accepted according to the cancellation policy listed on your reservation confirmation. Please review your confirmation carefully.
- Cancellations made within the hotel’s cancellation window will be charged room and tax.
- Early departures (checking out earlier than your previously confirmed check out date) will be charged for the full reserved stay, including room and tax.
- Teams that cancel more than 50% of their originally requested room block within one (1) week of the tournament start date may be charged one night’s room and tax for each room in the original block.
Team & Family Expectations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests:
- Children must be supervised at all times throughout the hotel, including common areas, pools, and fitness centers.
- Children under the age of 15 must be in their guest room by 10:00 PM.
- Hockey sticks of any kind are not permitted inside hotel properties.
- Running in hallways, meeting spaces, and other common areas is prohibited.
- Parents and/or team representatives are responsible for any damage caused by members of their group.
- Individuals responsible for property damage will be charged for repair and/or replacement costs.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
The following behaviors are not permitted and may result in immediate removal from both the hotel and tournament without refund of tournament registration fees:
- Outside alcohol consumption on hotel property
- Unsupervised or unattended children and players
- Disturbances to other hotel guests
- Disrespectful behavior toward hotel staff
- Damage to hotel property
Team Responsibility
By registering for a 200×85 event, teams agree to abide by all hotel policies and procedures. The team contact is responsible for sharing these guidelines with all players, coaches, parents, and guests associated with the team.
