Join 200×85 on a voyage to Finland and Sweden
European Experiences provide the opportunity to compete internationally while creating unforgettable memories and immersing players and their families in Europe’s rich cultural tapestry. We are excited to announce we are adding a new event to our Europe Experiences for 2024, the Finland Lions Cup.
The Finland Lions Cup Europe Experience will be a unique experience in that the trip will span multiple Nordic countries. The ten day trip will start in Sweden, where players and their families will get to see the sites of Stockholm, including Wasa Warship Museum and Abba Museum. In addition to the sites, there will also be meals provided and free time for players and families to experience the Swedish culture first-hand.

After three days in Sweden, the tour takes us to the sea. Players and families will hop aboard the Silja Line Cruise to travel to Helsinki, Finland. After a couple days enjoying some of Finland’s sights, the games begin. Our teams will compete against teams from Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Sweden, and other countries in pursuit of being crowned champions of the Finland Lions Cup.

Day 1 Depart from North America.
Day 2 Arrive in Stockholm. Dinner & free time in the city.
Day 3 Tourism day in Stockholm and exhibition game.
Day 4 Tourism day in Stockholm and depart on Silja Line Cruise to Helsinki, Finland.
Day 5 Tourism day in Helsinki and exhibition game.
Day 6 Tourism day in Helsinki or optional day trip to Tallinn, Estonia.
Day 7 Tour of Suomenlinna Fortress Island and Finland Lions Cup Games.
Day 8 Helsinki free time and Finland Lions Cup Games.
Day 9 Finland Lions Cup Playoffs and awards ceremony.
Day 10 Depart for North America.
200×85’s European Experiences provide unique opportunities for cultural immersion, including local cuisine at authentic restaurants and ground transportation led by a local tour guide. As is with each 200×85 event or experience, our goal is to make a positive impact on our athletes and the youth hockey community as a whole. The Finland Lions Cup will be another opportunity to achieve said goal.
