CCM 68 dominates list of U.S. National Junior Team Invitees

20 Alumni Invited To Evaluation Camp

USA Hockey announced its 39 players invited to attend the U.S. National Junior Team Evaluation Camp, where participants will compete for roster spots on the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championships this December. Among those invited were an astounding 20 former participants from 200×85’s CCM68 Combine. 

This is an incredible achievement that highlights the importance of the rigorous selection process that the 200×85 team utilizes each year. Staff members spend countless hours watching film, analyzing score sheets, contacting coaches and directors in order to properly evaluate each player invited to the CCM68. 

“It’s awesome to see these players continuing their development and earning the opportunity to compete for a spot with the U.S. National Junior Team,” said Mike Embach,

Director of Player Development & Sponsorship at 200×85. “It’s great to see that our process is correctly locating and selecting many elite bantam major talents who strive to make it to the next level and are continually pushing themselves to succeed.”

Four and five years removed from their CCM68 experience, alumni from the 2015 and 2016 combines will now attend evaluation camp in Plymouth, Michigan, in October. Once selections are made, the team will prepare for the World Junior Championships in Edmonton, Alberta, scheduled for December 25th to January 5th. 

The team at 200×85 wishes good luck to all players participating in the 2020 U.S. National Junior Team Evaluation Camp. Each year, our CCM 68 alumni continue to push the envelope and set the bar higher. The combine continually serves as a launching point for many high-level players pursuing elite levels of hockey. We thoroughly enjoy watching each class of CCM 68 alumni continue their hockey careers and pursue such goals as representing the U.S. at the World Junior Championships.
