2011 CCM SELECTS HEAD COACH
A Brampton, Ontario native with over 600 professional games under his belt, Justin has seamlessly transitioned from an illustrious playing career to a coaching role. Noteworthy milestones include winning Playoff MVP for the IHL’s Fort Wayne Komets at 19 and securing an NHL contract with the Arizona Coyotes at 26. Currently, as the Head Coach for the 2011 Indiana Elite Selects AAA and the Fort Wayne Force 16U AA teams in Indiana, Justin brings a wealth of playing experience to his coaching philosophy.

BEN POUTRE

Coach Poutre’s passion for hockey, extensive playing and coaching background, advanced education, and proven ability to build high-performing teams make him a unique coach. Raised in southern Québec, he played AA/AAA hockey through Major College. With a coaching vision that players remain involved in hockey in any capacity over the next 5, 10, and 20 years, Ben is dedicated to teaching individual skills, elite hockey habits, team tactics, and leadership attributes. As a USAH Level 5 certified coach, he currently coaches Des Moines’ Pee Wee AA team.

MARK ROY
2012 CCM SELECTS HEAD COACH
With a dynamic career spanning over 25 years in coaching youth hockey at various levels, Mark Roy has become a cornerstone in the development and success of aspiring athletes. Mark is deeply involved in player services, overseeing player recruitment and development. His extensive experience in coaching spans high school, Tier 1 AAA, Tier 2 AA, and Development levels, providing a wealth of knowledge that positively impacts the growth and success of the players under his guidance. This marks the 29th team Coach Roy will lead to Europe.

HUNTER MUELLER
2012 CCM NORTH AMERICA HEAD COACH
Hunter Mueller, a Midland, Michigan native and Duquesne University Marketing graduate, is a dynamic hockey coach. In 2023, he founded AIM Sports Consulting Services, a global platform for hockey analysis and player development. Starting with Team Pennsylvania Brick, Hunter quickly rose in coaching, leading the 2012 and 2013 Mueller teams for Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Penguins Elite. With a focus on innovation, he’s influencing the hockey world and inspiring players globally.

As 200×85’s VP of Hockey Operations, Justin Lewandowski oversees all team aspects, including recruitment, scheduling, and operations for tournaments. He leads player development programs, managing staffing, recruitment, and coaching. Serving as director and head coach for 200×85’s CCM Chicago Brick and Brick Futures programs, Justin, an alumnus of Ferris State University and the Chicago Steel, brings extensive experience and commitment to nurturing hockey talent within the 200×85 community.

Coach Metcalf, a seasoned head coach with over seven years of youth coaching experience, has consistently elevated his teams to the Top 15 in the USA. A lifelong player and dedicated student of the game, Garrett prioritizes continuous learning and challenges players to be their best selves. Excited to lead a talented group to Slovenia, he aims not only to enhance their skills but also to expose them to the enriching culture and lifestyle on the other side of the world.

MIKE EMBACH
2014 CCM SELECTS HEAD COACH
With a seven-year pro hockey career spanning Europe, AHL, and ECHL, Coach Embach directs Player Development at 200×85 since 2019. As CCM Selects Director and head scout for the CCM 68 program, he dedicates himself to identifying and nurturing emerging talent. An alumnus of Ferris State University and the Indiana Ice/Chicago Steel, Mike guides players in maximizing potential and understanding hockey’s mental aspects. Outside 200×85, he coaches the 2011 Chicago Reapers and heads the CCM Chicago Brick team, shaping young athletes’ development.
