200×85 May Ambassadors
Congratulations to Garrett Sutton and Makenzie Williams for being selected as our first ambassadors.
Both Garrett and Makenzie are excellent teammates that are fueled by their passion for the game.

I love the sport of hockey either ice or roller. I enjoy playing because of the camaraderie with my teammates. It fuels my passion for the game when I make a play and see a smiling face when he or she scores a goal- It’s a team kinda thing on a 200×85 sheet!

I love the game. But I love the places it has taken me and the people I’ve met even more. There is nothing like being at the rink or going out on the ice to compete. My team last season, which I played with for 5 years, had an amazing experience. We made it to the finals in the Quebec Pee Wee Tourney. We came home and won a state championship. Those were awesome moments and memories that I will have forever. But I started to feel like all my team cared about was winning, no matter what. It was taking some of the fun away from just playing hockey and the thrill of competing, just for the sake of competing. It was a hard decision, but I changed teams in the spring. It was hard to leave such an elite team, but I just want to play the game and get better, whether we win trophies or not. The lessons we learn being part of a team – effort, attitude, teamwork – those are the things that are most important. I’ve been part of the CCM Selects program, I’ve attended the training weekends, and in 2021, I went to the Bled tourney. I know CCM and 200×85 are all about player development and trying to get better every single day. I feel like I represent that really well because I am living that right now. I could have stayed on one of the best teams in the nation but chose to leave so I could develop more. I think that mindset would make me a great ambassador for 200×85 and their mission of helping players reach their potential. Thank you.
