The CCM 68 Class of 2021 featured the best U.S. players from the 2006-birth year. Now, just a few short months removed from the combine last July, several are in the midst of breakout seasons with their respective 14U teams.

Shattuck-St. Mary’s — the top-ranked ‘06 team in the country according to MyHockeyRankings — has been home to nine CCM 68 alumni during the ‘20-21 season. Shattuck is 33-1-2, and on a 24-game unbeaten streak that dates back to late September. Cole Eiserman leads the team in goals (68) and points (106) while his linemate and fellow 68er Aidan Park follows close behind with 102 points.

The only team to beat Shattuck? The No. 2-ranked Minnesota Blades. Max Plante played an important role in knocking off the top team, as the CCM standout was one of the leading scorers for the Blades this fall.

The Minnesota Blades are a spring-summer-fall program that’s composed of the top players from the state of Minnesota. During the winter season, these athletes play for their respective local youth and high school organizations. The 14U team went 7-2-1 in the fall, with Plante at the forefront of the offense with eight goals and 18 points.

Christian Humphreys
Christian Humphreys and Nate Delladonna anchor an aggressive Bishop Kearney Selects program in Rochester, New York. Ranked No. 3 in the country, BK is 23-0-2 in its last 25 games with Humphreys (34 goals, 87 points) and Delladonna (20 goals, 41 points) at the forefront of its offense.

Despite a two-month pause to the season between November and January, No. 6-ranked Mount St. Charles has been able to put together a 16-3-0 record by out-scoring opponents 122-32. CCM alum James Hagens and his 2.2 points per game have significantly contributed to the Saints’ success, as he leads the team in goals (20) and assists (22).
