First major event of the 2021 spring season crowns 20 different division champions
18U
The Outlaws defeated Pyromaniac Fireworks 4-2 in the Elite Division, finishing with a 4-1-0 record. The 15-team AAA Division went to undefeated CHHC Prospects after they topped Top Gun 2-1 in the final.

16U
OAKmoor Academy outscored LB Steelman in a high-scoring shootout to win 6-5 in the Elite Division championship. The AAA Division was also decided by just one goal, as Junkyard Dogs knocked off the Bolts 4-3 on Sunday. In the Girls T1 Division, CCM Selects defeated Illinois Team 4-1 to finish undefeated. The Colorado Snowcats also went unbeaten in the Girls T2 Division, defeating Anaheim 2-1 in the title game.

15U
It was just a four-team Division, but the Elites brought the excitement as the Jr. Reapers defeated Jr. Dawgs 4-2 in the championship. CHHC Prospects impressively won all six of their tournament games in the AAA Division, including a 3-2 decision over the Junkyard Dogs.

14U
After losing its first game of the tournament, Illinois Team won five straight games including the championship over the Wisconsin Capitols to take the title in the Girls Division.

2007
Coyote capped off a 6-0-0 weekend with a 4-1 win over Minnesota Machine in the Elite Division. The 22-team AAA Division came down to a matchup between Junkyard Dogs and CHHC Prospects, where the Dogs took the edge by way of a 4-1 final.

2008
The largest age group of the tournament with 38 teams in total. SDP Elite Blue relied on its high-powered offense to score seven goals and win the Elite Division championship. The AAA Division didn’t feature as much offense but came right down to the wire as Hockey Haven won 3-2 over Blizzards Black.

2009
The Lake Superior Stars topped Minnesota Machine 4-3 in the Elite Division championship, finishing 5-1-0 on the weekend. Euro American went 6-0-0 through the tournament, capping off the AAA Division finale with a 5-4 win over Junkyard Dogs.

2010
The Elite Division came down to two unbeaten in the championship, with Coyote defeating Jr. Reapers 3-2. CA Prospects scored 42 goals on their way to a AAA Division championship over Battery Hockey Academy.

2008

2011
Boston Hockey Club posted 48 goals in six games, as they defeated Minnesota Blades in the Elite Division final. Los Angeles Black shut out Venom 6-0 in the AAA Division, handing their opponent its only loss of the tournament.

2012
Style Big Club defeated Minnesota Blades Elite on Friday, but the Blades would be victorious 7-2 in the Elite Division championship rematch on Sunday. SDP Elite capped off a 6-0-0 run to win the AAA Division after defeating Battery Hockey Academy in the finale.

2013
The Elite Division championship saw 13 total goals scored, eight of them by International Stars as they topped Minnesota Machine. The Oakland Kodiaks and DB Hockey tangled in the AAA Division finale, as Oakland left victorious by way of a 4-2 finish.

Spring hockey is a great opportunity for competition, development and practice, and the 292 teams in attendance saw plenty of that at this year’s Chi-Town Shuffle. With plenty of showcases and tournaments on the horizon, this weekend’s event serves as a fantastic launching point for many players seeking to improve their game this offseason.
